Mr. Angshu Mallick is the Executive Deputy Chairman of the Company and one of the key architects of its growth journey. Associated with the Company since its inception in 1999, he has played a pivotal role in transforming the business into one of India's leading food and FMCG companies.

A seasoned business leader with extensive experience in brand building, sales, marketing, and distribution, Mr. Mallick was instrumental in launching and scaling Fortune, which became India's No. 1 edible oil brand within just 20 months of its launch and continues to maintain its leadership position. His deep understanding of consumers, markets, and go-to-market strategies has been central to the Company's sustained growth.

Prior to joining the Company, he headed Dhara operations at the National Dairy Development Board and held various roles across sales, marketing, distribution, and exports at the Gujarat Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation (Amul).

Mr. Mallick holds a Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology from the National Dairy Research Institute and a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand. He was conferred with the "Globoil Man of the Year" Award in recognition of his significant contribution to the edible oil industry.

Mr. Shrikant Kanhere is the Managing Director & CEO of the Company. A qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant, he brings nearly three decades of diverse leadership experience spanning business management, strategy, finance, governance, risk management, and transformation across large-scale organizations.

Associated with the Company since 2013, Mr. Kanhere has played a pivotal role in shaping its growth journey and strengthening its operational and financial foundations. Prior to his appointment as Managing Director & CEO, he served as Deputy CEO & CFO, a role that reflected his expanding leadership mandate beyond finance and governance. In addition to leading the finance function, he successfully headed the Flour and Sauces & Condiments businesses, driving strategic direction, commercial excellence, operational performance, and profitable growth.

Over the years, Mr. Kanhere has established himself as a well-rounded business leader with a strong track record of building high-performing teams, driving business transformation, enhancing operational efficiencies, and delivering sustainable value creation.

Before joining the Company, he held senior leadership positions with Reliance Industries Limited and Vodafone, where he contributed significantly to strengthening business processes, financial controls, and governance frameworks.

Mr. Saumin Sheth is the Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Company where he heads sourcing of edible oils and he is also leading Oleochemicals, Castor and seed crushing business of the company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Gujarat University. He has been associated with AWL since 1999 and has over 26 years of extensive experience in the areas of sourcing, risk management and bulk sales business. Throughout his tenure, he has been instrumental in developing and strengthening the Company’s trading operations, implementing effective risk management frameworks and driving strategic initiatives to enhance business profitability, supply chain efficiency and asset utilization. Under his leadership, the company has significantly expanded its footprint in the Oleochemicals, Castor and bulk sales businesses, establishing a strong market presence. His deep industry understanding, commercial acumen and operational expertise have contributed meaningfully to the sustained growth and diversification of the Company’s business portfolio.

Mr. Ravindra Kumar Singh is the Head – Technical and Operations of the Company. He has been associated with the Company since July 2003 and brings over three decades of rich experience in the food industry. Over the years, he has played a critical role in strengthening the Company's manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operational excellence capabilities, supporting its growth across multiple food categories.

Mr. Singh holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Technology (Oil Technology) from Harcourt Butler Technical University (HBTU). Prior to joining the Company, he was associated with the National Dairy Development Board. His deep technical expertise, operational leadership, and focus on continuous improvement have been instrumental in driving efficiency, quality, and scale across the Company's operations.

Mr. Mukesh Kumar Mishra is the Joint President – Sales & Marketing and joined the Company in September 2021.

With over three decades of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, Mr. Mishra has held several leadership roles spanning business strategy, brand building, innovation, sales operations, and trade & consumer marketing across diverse categories and geographies. At AWL, he leads the Sales & Marketing function, with a focus on strengthening the equity of Fortune and other brands in the portfolio, while driving growth across the Company’s expanding Foods & FMCG business. He plays a key role in leveraging AWL’s extensive distribution network and market presence to build scalable consumer brands and deepen category leadership.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Mishra was associated with Dabur India Limited for over 25 years, where he began his career as a Management Trainee and progressed to the role of Vice President – Marketing, leading the Healthcare business. During his tenure, he worked across multiple functions, categories and markets in Sales & Marketing.

Mr. Mishra is an alumnus of the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi University, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Rourkela.

Rajneesh Bansal is the Head - Procurement and Supply Chain of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical) from Karnatak University, Dharwad and a master’s degree in industrial engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala. Further, he has completed a post graduate diploma in management from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. He joined our Company with effect from May 31, 2004. He has over 25 years of experience in various fields including business development and corporate communication, agriculture and FMCG sector. Prior to joining our Company, he worked at Adani Port Limited and Indian Space Research Organisation.

Siddhartha Ghosh is the Chief Human Resource Officer of our Company. He holds a post graduate diploma in social service from Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi. He joined our Company with effect from June 10, 2019. Prior to joining our Company, he worked at Reliance Industries Limited as Senior Vice President (Cluster/ Sector Industrial Relations Head), Aditya Birla Insulators, Jindal Steel & Power Limited and Coal India Limited.

Venkata Rao Damera is the Chief Information Officer of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Andhra University and passed a master’s degree in computer applications from Osmania University. He joined our Company with effect from April 15, 2021. He has over 15 years of experience in the IT sector. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Emami Limited as President-IT, LG Polymers India Privet Limited, ITC Infotech, Godfrey Phillips India Limited.

Dr. Vidyashankar Satyakumar is the Head of Research & Development at our Company. He joined our Company in March 2023. He leads our R&D efforts to develop new products and process improvement pertaining to product quality. Dr. Satyakumar has about 22 years of experience in active ingredient development, product development and Commercialization, Clinical & pre-clinical expertise, and laboratory analytics related to Food & FMCG industry. Prior to joining our Company, Mr. Satyakumar was associated with Britannia as Head – R&D Excellence & Capability Building. He has also worked at Marico Limited and Himalaya Drug Company.

Dr. Satyakumar holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI), Mysore and has completed MBA from KSOU, Mysore. He has published more than 25 scientific papers in the journals of national and international repute and has also filed 2 patents.
